KasperAero's products are distributed through authorized resellers or sold directly to OEMs. As such, all implementation issues, returns, RMAs, and related support matters should be handled directly through the reseller or OEM from whom the product was purchased. KasperAero is not responsible for product-related concerns that arise through third-party sales channels.
